Competitions

WAVA Esports:

Our Esports Team is for ages 13 and up. We play Valorant, Rocket League, Smash Bros, Chess and Fortnite! You can participate and practice and scrimmage with others or you can compete! We have captains in place that help to pick teams and place students and we hold scrimmages and tryouts to ensure placement. In order to participate you need to attend a weekly meeting, follow communications on our team discord for practice/scrimmages daily, and be available on game day matches.

Game days are:

Monday: Smash Bro and Valorant starting at 3:45pm

Tuesday: Team Meetings

Wednesday: Chess and League starting at 3:45pm

Thursday: Fortnite starting at 3:45pm

Most competitions can range from 1-3 hours depending on the match pluse check-in time! We have opportunities to look at college scholarships and partner with local colleges. If your goal is to play in college we have recruiting forms. If you have no experience but want to game and get to know others, you do not have to compete!
